I miss my blog friends.

Truly I did not desert my peeps.  I was absent more from blog for being busy and spending gobs of time on photo editing.

The main reason was google deleted my blog and I cannot find it.

A Most Spooky Quiet Halloween.....

The fall color is showing above our RV.

Traveling as we do space to transport seasonal decorations is not available.

I am wildly snapping photos all over Fayetteville.  It is fun to watch other people's Halloween.

This year we are tucked away in a country campground of blackjack oaks ablaze with the season!  No kids here, just us boomers.

My ready for Halloween is in my heart and one lone pumpkin resting outside on the picnic table.

A Bit of Mystery Understood by Me

It has long been a mystery to me, why my passion for seasons, woodlands, and the elementals.

The returning seasons are “old” friends, familiar, dependable, even if diminished in some ways.  So long as time is, the seasons will visit me, I will walk the woods, and remain nostalgic about life in general.

I'm thinking, If I love something, it becomes my "friend".

I love life.  So much of life is fun for me.  Funny, I am able to let go of getting my way,  it doesn’t hurt a bit.

On Ice

We left Maggie Valley early to come see my grandson Zac play professional hockey in Fayetteville, NC.  He plays with the Fayetteville FireAntz.

Tonight was the first game.  We lost 4 to 2.  It was a grand game, a good game by both teams.  Watching my first professional hockey game, and my grandson playing.  It.  Was. Awe-some.

The temperature is 40 degrees at almost 1:00 a.m.  It is supposed to freeze, maybe.  Bottom line it is very cold.  Making chili tomorrow.

Walking In The Woods on Cool Days is so Me.

 

 

Fayetteville North Carolina is a fine place.  Lazy Acres is a blessed place for me to be. Love the sandy pines and black jack oaks.  Down a path, walk on copper colored pine needles, walk fast down an incline to an emerald, see to the bottom, pond.

Weather is cool and soft, wind softly blows my hair.  I can walk any time of day and not sweat.

Working with eBlogger and wanting a few changes in my blog.  Hope you all hang around.
